The room is fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp. There is also under bed storage and decorative shelving for personal belongings.

You will have the large main bathroom to yourself, which has a modern shower and bath.

The flat has a large open plan living room/ dining room with good size and well equipped kitchen. The living room has a large TV with access to Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime TV which you are welcome to use. The living room area has a lovely set of balcony doors. There is a washer/dryer in the kitchen, and the fridge/freezer has a lot of space. The whole flat has also had new flooring put in throughout before we moved in last November, which makes the place feel very new!

Although there is no private garden, we have access to a large quiet courtyard area behind the flat, which has a well maintained patio area for sitting outside or exercising. There is also a secure bicycle shed shared between the 6 flats in our building.

Your flat mate, Ben, is a doctoral researcher in Quantum Computing (Physics). He is very laid back and sociable, and has many hobbies, including taekwondo and swing dancing. He is currently working from a home office, but is usually out working in the day, and likes to do social things in the evenings.

Rent is £500 paid monthly to letting agency Sarah Kenny. This does not include bills or council tax, which together come to approximately £150 per month, so the total cost is roughly £650/month.

The room is available now. The current tenancy ends 26/11/20, but this may be extended.
