Double room in 13 bed house just off Glos Road

2 housemates wanted - We have two double rooms in our shared home, move in from the start of March for one room and halfway through March for another (although dates could be negotiated ) in a sociable 13-person house just off Gloucester Road in Bishopston. The rooms are 525 each with all bills included.

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING INCLUDED:
- 300Mb Internet
- Gas, water, electricity
- Professional weekly cleaner
- Council tax
- ...and awesome people!

The house:
- A huge kitchen (2 sets of hobs, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 4 fridge-freezers, a large dining table, a TV).
- A courtyard with a picnic bench, ping-pong table, and fairy lights.
- A well-decorated lounge with sofas, TV and sound system.
- 4 bathrooms (no queuing!)
- Laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers.
- Off-street parking
- 3 minute walk away from local bus route, shops, pubs and cafes.
- 5 minute walk away from St Andrews Park.
- Landlord is very nice and helpful.

The rooms are furnished and include:
- Double bed
- Wardrobe and drawers
- Shelves

The Housemates:
Everyone is a professional aged 24-40.
We like to do things together - House meals, games nights, movie nights, karaoke, festivals, hang out at the park/pub and throw the occasional party (usually for a housemates birthday, and in non-covid times!) but also live our own separate lives and all enjoy our own downtime. Our lounge is located away from the main house, so bedrooms very feel very private and away from social areas.
Hobbies include - Sign Writing, Acting, Massage, Photography, Skating, Dancing, Plants and Nature, Dj'ing, Sports, Creative Writing, Cooking, Baking, Sports, Music, and much more. We are also a friendly LGBTQ+ house and celebrate everyone's unique differences.
We view our house as a shared home and would love someone who is excited about community and making new friends. Equally if you have any hobbies or interests we like to support one another. Housemates are respectful of each other's privacy, however, if anyone fancies a cuppa and a chat, there is usually always someone about.
