Room available in Bishopston

I am the fourth tenant in a house share of three girls aged (24-25). I will be moving out end of August 2022 and I am looking for another female to take my room at the beginning of September, to start paying rent 3rd Sept.

The current girls-

We are all friends and enjoy hanging out together both in and outside the house and would love someone who will be a friend to join us and not just a flatmate! We go to the pub/bars and enjoy nights out but also like chilling at home together. The house comes with a friendly cat Arthur but he spends most the time out 🐱.

We work in hospitality, marketing and student welfare. Esme works a variety of hours across the week, Ruby and Caitlin work Monday- Friday 9-5 (office based).

The house is on a quiet residential street with free off street parking. A bus stop with routes into the centre is 2 mins away and Gloucester Road is a 5 min walk. There is also a large Lidl and Aldi 7 mins away.

The room is £500 a month and bills are £102 pcm. Deposit is £300. Contract is 12 months but break clause at 6 months so can leave after that.
