A bit about the room:
A large double room with en suite shower and toilet. Room has wardrobe on the landing, double bed and bedding, underbed storage, bedside table and small bookshelf. Chest of drawers could be provided if required. Room for a desk if needed (not supplied)

A bit about the house:
A three bed townhouse (3rd bedroom is a spare, ideal for friends visiting etc). There is a lovely fitted kitchen with dining table, dishwasher and all the kitchen gadgets you could dream of. The house has a garden and a downstairs storage area suitable for bike/outdoor equipment storage if needed. There is basic virgin media and virgin broadband.

A bit about the area:
Ashley Down Road is to the northern end of Gloucester Road bars, restaurants, gym etc within 5 minutes walk. Ideally placed for the many business parks of north Bristol or the city centre. There is a bus stop that goes into town right outside the house or you can walk in 35 minutes. The house is very close to the concorde way cycle path if you want to get about by bike.

A bit about me:
I own the house and have had a few happy flatmates renting the room over the years I have owned it. I am a working professional and tend to work pretty hard in the week which means quiet weekday evenings - cooking, climbing, yoga-ing, low key catching up with friends etc.

A bit about you:
Ideally you'll be a similar age. Working professional, non smoker are the only non-negotiable requirements. Male or female I don't mind as long as you are easy going, respectful and not weird.

The boring bit:
All bills are included. I would ask for a 3 month trial if all's going well you can stay as long as you like with a 1 month notice period on both sides. I would ask for a deposit of a months rent. I would be open to short term renters although would prefer a minimum of a 6 week stay.
