Although the room is small there is plenty of living space in the house: a large kitchen diner with bi folds over looking the garden and a the living room with an open fire and good 49" smart tv with Netflix and Amazon Prime!.

We're 2 friends (one of whom is the landlady) looking for a similar minded person who is easy going and sociable, a professional person (over 36) wanting a place to call home for a while. The place is clean and tidy except for the occasional build up of walking boots, trainers and dancing shoes in the hall! Previous lodgers in the room have been en route to buying a place of their own or have been temporarily working in the area or working in Bristol Monday to Friday.

There are all the usual mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and the rent includes all bills from council tax to Fast Broadband.

The house is approximately 10 minutes walk from Gloucester Road (lots of buses), 20 minutes walk from the top of Whiteladies Road and 30 mins walk from town. We're also 10 mins from the Downs.. The nearest bus stop is on Bishop Rd, a couple of minutes walk away..

Waitrose and Tescos are 10 mins walk away as is the Orpheus cinema. Horfield Leisure Centre is not far away and there are 3 local pubs
