We have a lovely unfurnished double available from 18th Feb; in a large, clean and friendly house. The rent includes ALL bills plus Virgin Media & Netflix (always good to series binge), plus a regular cleaner.

You'll be living with 4 lovely young professionals (1 couple) in a large, friendly home. We all work different hours so have never needed to wait to use anything. The house offers a downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom with toilet & bath/shower, as well as a large kitchen/ diner, newly decorated lounge, study & dining room. There is also a 3-space driveway (plus plenty of on-street parking). We also have a huge back garden, a front garden, as well as a garage (you’re welcome to use for storage!) and lots of other in-house storage space.

The room is light, freshly decorated and comes with a large “triple” wardrobe. The room also has blackout curtains, that match the room. It is otherwise unfurnished - although we have an bits that you can borrow initially if needed.

You will be located just 10mins from Bristol Airport (if you’re a jet-setter), 15 mins from the City Centre and 15 mins from the M5/ Portishead. The No. 75 bus stop is 50 yrds away, leaving every 10 mins (Bedminster - Centre - Filton) and the 76 bus stop is just a 10-minute walk away. Parson Street Train Stop is a 20-minute stroll from us too.

Last (but by no means least!) we have a small dog who spends his time in his bed upstairs/ on long walks... His name is Bailey! Unfortunately, we can’t take another dog - sorry folks. He is a rescue.

This room is available from the Mon 18th Feb. This property is fully furnished (other than the bedroom). It also comes with PlayStation, record player, Bluetooth speaker, radio & Wii in the lounge, which you’re more than welcome to use! Rent includes ALL bills so no need to stress about the pennies. You will be asked to pay a security deposit of 1 month’s rent (£495), and your first month’s rent will be due before you move in (it will only be what’s left of Feb). There are no other fees.
