The property is very immaculate throughout, and I’m looking for professional who will take due care and be very mindful. As I mentioned it is set in a very lovely neighbourhood. Neighbours are very pleasant, quiet and welcoming, if you are very loud it is not a property you should consider please. The property is available immediately, and I will consider a couple and one additional tenant but not 2 couples please for obvious reasons.
The property comes fully furnished and, the only factor to consider is the bed in the master bedroom will be replaced with a double as existing bed is just too big.
There is an open green space opposite for exercise, bus stop is just 2mins walking distance.
