I am looking for someone to share this beautiful property with me. Large house with private drive and parking. On edge of nature reserve, great walks and scenery. Also stones throw from local amenities, bus route and train direct links to City.

Large private garden, garage used for storage/business with plenty of room to share.

The available spare room will fit a double bed.

The house is fully furnished other than the spare room. Successful applicant will need bed and storage.

Newly fitted bathroom with bath and waterfall shower,

Large living area with separate dining room.

Super fast broadband.

There is an office with desk etc which could be shared. I am working fully from home but do not need the office everyday.

Close to local amenities, huge super store, bus route, train station.

I am very sociable and have house shared many times in the past but equally happy if someone wants to keep to themselves, When the world is a bit more normal more than happy to show someone around the City if they are not familiar with Bristol.
