Room 1 is a sizeable double bedroom with its own shower room, double bed and bedside table. A large built-in mirrored wardrobe with drawers provides huge storage facilities. There is a desk for laptop working and a large window giving lots of light.

Fast WiFi is included, as is council tax, electricity and gas. All rooms are lockable to preserve privacy and there is bike storage in the garage.

Parking for two cars on the drive plus free on-street parking within sight of the house.

Large communal kitchen with all cooking and dining facilities. You will have your own cupboard, fridge and freezer space and use of the dish washer. The separate utility room has a washing machine and dryer.

There is another bathroom shared by four housemates and an additional toilet/washroom downstairs.

If you are looking for a quiet space for resting or working from home, this is ideal since it is in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Chill out in the shared lounge with wide screen TV and sofa. Enjoy the sunshine and time with friends in the secluded garden by stepping through the French doors to the patio.

The house is in a quiet attractive area near to Southmead Hospital, UWE, Rolls Royce, Aztec West and the MOD with easy access to the city centre, M4 and M5.

Tesco Express is 12 minutes walk, 24 hour Tesco Extra only 5 minutes by car, local medical centre, shops, restaurants and the Cribbs Causeway retail and entertainment centres are all nearby.

10 minutes by bus to Bristol Parkway Station for Bristol City Centre, London and all national destinations.

The communal areas are cleaned every two weeks and the lawn is mowed fortnightly in season, all included in the price. Also included are all bills.

This home is a relaxed, friendly retreat and we are seeking a considerate, professional who will treat the house as their own and get along well with fellow housemates. If this is you then please contact me to arrange a viewing.

No fees charged but we will require references and a refundable holding deposit of £100 should you wish to take the room (deducted from your first months rent). Your security deposit will be kept safe by the DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme). Rent is payable by standing order on the 1st of every month.
