The double room

Available in June, this is a lovely, light, comfy double room in an attractive modern, friendly and well located detached home, furnished to a high standard.

The house was fully refurbished recently. The room is upstairs, light and sunny. It has a large built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed, bedside light and bedside cabinet. It has its own TV point also.

The bathroom is nice and large with a bath as well as a shower. There is also a separate toilet.

There is a shared lounge with widescreen TV and PS4, a separate lounge/dining area, also with a TV, a large fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, big frost-free fridge and freezer and also a separate utility room with washer and dryer. All housemates have their own cupboards, fridge and freezer spaces.

There is a secluded rear garden, a bit of a sun trap, with patio, bicycle store and decking areas.

There is plenty of off-street parking.

Utility bills and rates etc included. There is BT Infinity fibre broadband. We don't make additional charges for leases, checks, inspections etc, so please be assured the rent covers your bills!

Cleaners and a gardener come in to keep the shared areas looking good weekly. All bills are included, as are all the kitchen things you will need like an Ironing Board, pots and pans, Iron, crockery etc - just bring yourself.

It's in a great location - a couple of minutes from the M4/M5 junction, five minutes' walk from the Willow Brook shopping centre (Tescos, Boots, KFC, Costa, Subway etc), leisure centre, gym, pub and local facilities, its easy walking distance of Aztec West, and just over a mile from Patchway Station (access to Filton, Stoke Gifford, Bristol or north of Bristol). The centre of Bristol is also commutable from here ether by car or by train (about 9 minutes on the train, easy access via the M32 by car). Major bus routes go past the end of the road - two minutes on foot to the bus-stop, and there's very easy access to main road routes and motorways if you are a frequent traveler.

This is a friendly house with lots to offer, with considerate off-site landlords. The other tenants are all professionals, one working in banking , one in engineering, one in sports performance, one in property, one in retail and one in IT - a diverse and friendly mix. Ideally the new housemate will be a friendly professional, outgoing and willing to join in with life at the house.
