I have a double room with small double bed to let Mon-Fri (for full time rent is £750 max 1 year) in three bedroom house with private bathroom on the same floor. The room has a beautiful garden view. Free on street parking is available without restriction nearby the house. There are two spare bedrooms, one room is to let.

This lovely property is located within walking distance to Southmead Hospital (20 min), local shops, gym, local woods, 8 min by car to Airbus or 13 min cycling, close to Avonmouth, there is easy access by bus to the city centre and Cribbs Causeway.

The room is fully furnished, with a soft carpet and set of furniture: double small bed, wardrobe, glass bedside table, desk and chair. The rented room has a private bathroom on the same floor. The bedding provided if let Mon-Fri.

The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, one kitchen - dinner room.
