Furnished Downstairs Double Room in Brislington

I’m a professional live-in landlord with a furnished double room to rent in a 3-bed terraced house in Brislington. I’m looking for an employed lodger within 5 years of my age for mid to long-term renting. There is one lodger living here as well. Cleaning is shared. No couples, smokers or pets preferred. All bills, fees and taxes are included in the rent. The deposit is 1 month’s rent and there is a 6-monthly rolling lodger agreement. Rent is paid at the start of each month. On-street parking is available outside and it’s a 15 minute bus to Temple Meads. The living room, kitchen and drying room are shared, as are the appliances, utensils and crockery. There’s a small paved garden area at the back with some shed space and a bit of bicycle space in the house. There is a reasonable amount of storage in the room plus underbed storage drawers and an office chair with desk too. Viewings available on request.
