Lovely double bedroom in Brislington

I’m looking for a female professional to share my lovely two bedroom Victorian house with me.

The house is based on a quiet side street a short walk from the main hub of Brislington. There is a real community feel round here and I have loved living here for 5+ years. It’s well connected with buses into town and lots of retail parks.

There is a comfortable lounge with open fire, dining area and kitchen which open to a small garden. Upstairs there is a master bedroom and a second bedroom and a shared bathroom with shower/bath.

The bedroom for rent is a good-sized double, it’s furnished with a new double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a chest of drawers.

You will be sharing with me, I’m a 41 year old professional. I’m quite sociable and sporty. I should say that this is not a party house and so if you're a night owl this probably isn't the right place for you, I expect any lodger to be respectful of the space we share.

Unfortunately, the room isn’t available to anyone working from home permanently, as I work from home (in the shared space) for 3 days per week. You would need to work out of the house at least 3 out of 5 working days and you would need to work in your room on any day working from home.

A couple of other admin things: The room is also not available to anyone requesting housing benefit contribution; students; couples; or sharers. 1 room = 1 person. I regularly look after my parents Labrador - so you’d have to be comfortable with dogs.
