Lovely double room in Sandy Park

I am looking for someone to share to share my house in Sandy Park (Brislington) with. I am 35 and like swimming, synchronised swimming, singing, yoga, kayaking, gardening, veggie cooking, nature and animals and I love trying new exciting things. I work typical hours in the city centre as an engineering consultant. I have three cats so I am looking for someone who loves cats. As it is my own home it has a homely cosy feel, not a bland house share, I would fix problems asap and there are no extra fees. I would want you to make yourself at home, previous lodgers have said I am very laid back.

• 2min walk to large Sainsburys/Argos and plenty of other shops close by such as Sandy Park Road and Avonmeads
• Close to cycle paths, bus routes, key roads and Temple Meads station
• Easy and quick to get to the city centre

I am looking for an interesting, respectful young professional, who doesn’t smoke, to hang out with, not just live with. A cleaner comes every fortnight so some cleaning in between required, I like to live in a clean environment, but I also think there is more to life than cleaning and would like someone similar. The house is in a quiet, pleasant area, but still close to amenities such as cinema, bowling, cafes, post office, good transport links to the city centre, Bath and the North. The room is strictly single occupancy, it is not suitable for partners to practically move in or for kids to stay the night on a regular basis, but occasional visitors are fine. It is not suitable for pets or DSS. The deposit needed is one months rent.
