Hi, the whole house has been recently decorated with plush new carpets. It has a decent garden, free street parking on the road, and a garage for bikes etc.

It’s in a great location with only a 2 minute walk to a Sainsbury’s supermarket, 5 mins to the A4 bus stops for the city centre or Bath. And a few mins to the lovely cafes and local shops along Sandy Park Road as well as the open green space of Arno's Court Park.

There is one furnished room available from the 28th. It comes with an ottoman bed for storage and a comfortable mattress.

The master bedroom has built in storage and the downstairs room has beautiful double doors opening to the garden.
There’s two toilets - one is downstairs and there’s a four piece suite upstairs.

My names Jason and I’m fairly outgoing and active. I like to see friends or family at the weekend and I sometimes work from home in the week.

It’s not a big party house and I’d prefer people that don’t smoke.

I might have friends over now and again for board games or a BBQ in the summer. And I’m a big fan of festivals including Hospitality on the Beach and Boomtown.

Bills are an additional £85 a month and include 200mb fast fibre broadband, Netflix, and Amazon Prime TV.
