Lovely ensuite double bedroom in two bed house. I am Lydia I am 26 years old and a nurse I have lived here for nearly two years, Katie my current housemate is moving back to Cornwall so looking for someone to take over her tenancy.

The house is let as a whole through a letting agency and we split the rent equally at 50/50, rent and bills combined comes to approximately £650 per month (Rent is currently £462.50 per month without bills).

The house is situated in Brislington 5 minute walk from the lovely Sandy Park Road, a big Sainsbury and about 10 minutes walk from Avonmeads retail park (Lidl, M&S, Wilko's, cinema and more!). Frequent buses go from Sandy Park Road to the city centre and we are about a 30 minute walk from Temple Meads. There is plenty of non permitted on street parking as well. The area is a nice, safe residential area.

Room would be available from the 1st July, looking for professionals only due to council tax. The house is let as unfurnished but is fully furnished by myself. Your room can either be unfurnished or you can have the bed and wardrobe stay.

A bit about me, I do shift work which varies weekly but mainly do 12.5hr day shifts. I am clean and tidy, enjoy crafting, watching TV, spending time with friends and going for walks. I am looking for someone who wants to be sociable, spend time together but also be respectful of each others personal space at the same time.

Unfortuanetly no couples or pets allowed.
