We are looking for a new person to come and join us, as our international student has returned home.

We are all pretty friendly and someone is always around, but we all appreciate alone time is essential too. This is a home, so if you're ready to move on from a student 6 person house. This is the place for you.

We have cats and a garden, ideal for the summer. It's a non smoking house, but there's is an ideal, covered smokers bench in the garden.

We have a large double room available for a single occupant. All ready to make your own.

The house is in Brislington. 10-15mins from the centre and easy to get to everywhere from here.

Preferably looking for a vegi/vegan lodger, but not essential. LBGTQ friendly.

We're vegi/vegan. We are also very arty...always making something or helping someone create. Recycling is a must and we try to reduce our waste, it's a work in progress.

Large Furnished room with a lovely sumptuous fabric bed, mattress, table, chair, cabinet, clothes rail and armchair.

Can remove everything other than the armchair and bed.

Lovely large house. Large kitchen/diner. Convection cooker, gas hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, own cupboard space etc, gas central heating, wifi.

Deposit one months rent, next of kin details and references required.

Local shops, cafes, bars. Tesco, sainsburys, lidl, Iceland, M & S, cinema etc all walking distance.

Two local shops, hairdressers, barbers, laundrette, post office, deli, florist.

15mins from town, 5mins from Paintworks and Temple Meads by bus.

Good A4 and M32 links. No'1 bus to town, Clifton and Cribbs. Direct bus or train link to Bath.

This is a non smoking house, but OK in the garden.

There are also resident cats, so sorry no more pets as much I'd love to.
