Spacious Double Bedroom for rent in a 3 bed house in Brislington, only £550pcm inc bills. Sharing with myself, my boyfriend and our two fluffy cats! The house is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac, only 5 mins walk from Sainsburys and the bus stop which takes 10 mins to get into town. Only 10 min bike ride or drive to town. Close to Sandy Park Road with shops/ amenities.

The house itself has a spacious garden with patio, a shared lounge and dining room, bathroom with bath and separate shower. Newly renovated shared spacious kitchen and downstairs toilet too. Parking is on road. The room is a quiet double room facing out to the garden at the back of the house, furnished with black out blinds, a double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

We are a very easy going professional couple who are often out and about at weekends. We work at home Mon-Fri. We also spend a lot of our spare time climbing or doing various other sports. The neighbours on the road are very friendly and are always helpful.

We are uncertain about our plans currently and so are open to short term lets and may not be renting the room on a long term basis, however we will provide at least a full month's notice or more where possible.
