Geri and Joe would love to welcome you to their home in Arnos Vale, Bristol.
It's only a 10 minute bus ride or 30 minute walk to the city centre. We're also close to Temple Meads train station.

Our room is a bright airy double, with a lovely comfy kingsize bed and bay window. You have a TV in your room with an Amazon Fire Stick which allows you access to Amazon Prime, Netflix, BBC iPlayer, ITV on demand etc if you have your own accounts.
The room is fully furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers and lamps. There is also a pull out desk and chair should you need to do some work in the evening. Fresh linen and towels are provided as required.

We have a large beautiful bathroom with double sink area, a large rainfall shower, and a separate bath - perfect for relaxing! Our kitchen/diner has been extended and you are welcome to use the facilities as you please.
The kitchen looks out onto a pretty garden area with garden furniture which you are also welcome to use (if weather permits!)
There is a Sainsbury's and an M&S Foodhall a literal stone's throw away for any necessities, and we are right next to the Bath Road where you can catch a bus into the centre of town. There are several cafes and restaurants a 5 min walk away, most notably Grounded and Bocabar which do the best pizzas! The Avonmeads shopping centre is also a 5 min walk away.

We are just across the road from the lovely Arnos park and Arnos Vale Cemetery which are great for a run/walk or just some fresh air.

We are looking for a professional person (most likely a contractor working in Bristol away from home) requiring a Monday-Friday let, who will help us keep the property tidy but will not be expected to clean the house. We have no pets and no kids. Our house is perfect if you need a clean, comfy and quiet place to come back to after a long day.
We will consider short term lets but preference will be given to longer ones.
