This is an unusual property, once St. Annes Park Adult School. The spare room is unfurnished. I am looking for someone who is vegetarian or vegan, and environmentally conscious. There are 2 little guinea pigs who live in the garden but have moved indoors for the winter! I also have 2 teenage sons - 12 and 14 - who stay regularly.
