A large double bedroom is available within a two bedroom flat. Your bedroom will be furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk. Unless you would prefer to have it unfurnished.

The flat is well located, there are regular buses nearby.

•Bus number 2 goes direct to Bristol University Park Row and Clifton, onto Whiteladies Road departing at Cribbs Causeway.

•Buses to and from Bristol Temple Meads, Bristol's main train station. About a 35 minute walk away.

•There are also buses that go direct to City of Bath, City of Wells, and beyond, as well as many other buses to various locations.

The flat is very near to Broadwalk Shopping Center, which has its own Library and lots of shops. Including an Iceland, Wilkos, B&M, post office and main banks. There are also doctor surgery's and dentists. There is a large Tesco's nearby and other retail parks and supermarkets.

Leisure facilities include a swimming pool and gym just up the road as well as parks nearby. Most of what Bristol has to offer is only a short journey away.

The room is available long or short term and is inclusive of bills.
