Double room with en suite bathroom in Old Market

I have a double room available to rent in the Old Market area. The room is on the second floor of the property.
The room comes with an en-suite private bathroom.
Very centrally located, 7 min walk to Cabot's Circus, 15 min to Stokes Croft.
Room comes furnished and with unlimited broadband. Room also comes with a TV although this can be moved out if not required.
There is a shared kitchen but not a shared living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are plenty of pots/pans, plates, cutlery etc. There is also a dishwasher which makes sharing a house a lot easier.
There is also quite a bit of storage space and room for a bike or two in the garage.
If you can use your imagination and think of decent weather, the garden, while quite small, is a very pleasant place to sit out in on a warm afternoon or evening.
Happy to consider short term lets if you need somewhere temporarily while you sort out a more permanent option.
Also happy to consider a reduced rent for people who don't need 7 days a week accommodation.
For the avoidance of doubt, please no smokers or couples.
In case you were wondering, you won't feel like you are living with a couple. My girlfriend lives in Bath so I am often over there, she rarely spends more than one night a week in Bristol and often spends no nights a week in Bristol.
At some point my girlfriend and I will be buying a place together which will involve selling this place. We are at a very early stage in this process, so I think that the very earliest a sale of this place will go through is in about six months and it could take considerably longer. This is however something that you should be aware of if you are looking for a long term let.
Also, in case you were wondering, I am double vaccinated.
