Two rooms, one single with a bed that converts to a double, and one double with en-suite bathroom, are available in a modern, bright, three-bed top-floor flat, which is perfectly located for access to the University of Bristol and other amenities. The flat is within a quiet residential block of nine apartments.

The flat has another double room that is currently let to a male post-grad student. The rooms to let would ideally suit other post-graduate students.

You can walk to the science faculty within a few minutes, the BRI is close by, as are the shops, bars and restaurants in Clifton Village, Park Street and Cabot Circus.

The en-suite has its own shower and toilet. The two other rooms share a large bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Tenants also share the living area and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas cooker and microwave.

The single room has a bed that can convert to a double as well as desk, chair, wardrobe and bookshelf.

There's a garden for residents' use and a secure bike shed. Unfortunately there is no parking available.
