Double Room just off North Street

We have a double room in our lovely 3 bedroom house to rent in Ashton which is both a 3 minute walk from North Street, Greville Smyth Park and Ashton Gate. We are a couple who work Monday to Friday in busy jobs and like to relax and socialise in our down time. We have a 18 month old dog (Border Terrier) called Reggie who likes cuddles and playtime - he is very well behaved! You are welcome to take Reggie for the odd walk if you wish but it is really not expected.
The room will be rented with double bed and mattress, bedside table, bedside lamp, double wardrobe, chest of draws as all shown in images. (The desk and bookshelf in the pictures will not be rented with the room.) We do not mind the odd picture on the wall in your room as we would like you to feel at home!
There is use of a clean, modern shared bathroom, a slightly less modern, kitchen (although just as clean!), shared use of the open plan lounge and dining room and of course use of the garden. We also have a garage that can be used for bike storage (either push bike or motorbike) and we can also accommodate a car in front of the garage although it is on street parking.
Would also be happy with a Mon-fri for a reduced rent of £400.
