Female professional wanted. Fantastic area, quiet, well-maintained house in a desirable residential street close to vibrant sought after North Street area with bars, restaurants etc. 20 min walk to the city.

The room free is a large double downstairs at the rear. This is a refurbished well maintained Victorian house. House originally bought and re-furbished for Post Grad daughter, who has since moved on. There are large communal spaces - a comfortable lounge with two leather sofas & a kitchen diner. A lovely sunny garden at the back of the house.

It's enjoyed by four professionals (total) who get on but respect each other's privacy. We are looking for a clean and tidy professional female. Shared lounge with comfy leather sofas, kitchen/dining area. Lovely refurbished downstairs bathroom with shower & separate loo. Upstairs there is a shower room with an additional loo. ( So potentially there could be just 2 to a bathroom) Fitted kitchen with washing machine, gas C. H. Wireless broadband set up in the house. Sunny garden with decking, washing line and table and chairs!

Council tax and water are included and paid by the landlord. No Application Fees or referencing fees.
