Lush crib, live in young landlord, no real rules!

I’m Jamie Pethick - I recently Bought this house last year; it’s a lush 3 bed with a 3 tiered garden, walk in shower, very modern and cool place. Easy to get to and from, parking, spacious... and cleaner comes every Thursday to do the whole place. Also got washing machine, tumble dryer - I live in the property but I’m just standard work hard in the week, have fun on the weekends 30 year old. Recently owned with fiancé, but got difficult, so could do with help with mortgage and someone similar for company. I have no rules, do whatever makes you happy just pay rent and enjoy yourself and respect the place - I’ve put a lot of work into making it a dream place. I’ve never thought of renting before so this is all new so like I said as long as you’re decent and like to have a laugh but respect the place etc I’m happy to rent to you. Also I never thought I’d see the day I’d own my own property, so I wouldn’t class you as a tenant, more a room mate 😅 I also train a lot kickboxing in the week and work away a few days a week managing high voltage works so am very focused on that and always cooking lush food - always plenty spare and do love a party and generic as it sounds - just fun on weekends 🤗 all bills included in rent and covers mortgage and anything else needing sorting and WiFi etc.. I’m not making profit, it’s just everything down the centre, so be very helpful for me! Sweet 👀 just drop a message about yourself and I’ll sort a viewing. 🙏🏻
