I have a spare bedroom in my 2 bed flat in a historic square in Hotwells. The flat is fresh off renovation with brand new kitchen and bath room etc. You will also have access to the private garden in the square. It’s a short walk to Clifton (through pretty alleyways), bank side and short cycle ride to north street
The room is bright and overlooks the garden in the square. It has a built in wardrobe, bed and drawers. There is no mattress yet as some people prefer to bring their own, and I can provide one if required.
I’m in my early 30’s, full time working, sociable but not overly, not European (oops!) (I’m originally from South Korea).
I don’t have specific criteria or preferences so we will just have to meet and see if we click. However I can’t have undergraduate students in the building due to insurance policy unfortunately.
