Sunny room in vibrant Easton

I’m looking for a friendly,, eco conscious, and tidy professional to share my lovely home. It’s a peaceful space with a south facing, garden so perfect for busy professionals in need of somewhere to unwind.

I’ll be renting out a sunny double room furnished with double bed, wardrobe, and shelves. Bed linen, duvet, and pillows are all available if needed. The house is on a quiet no-through road in the vibrant Greenbank area of Bristol.

A cosy living room with open fire, large kitchen and large living/dining area to the ground floor. 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor. The other smaller bedroom may also be rented out in the future. A peaceful and sunny south facing garden. Quiet no-through road near the Greenbank (gastro) Pub with lovely friendly neighbours, close to some great independent restaurants and cafes (Garden of Easton, Thali, Este, No.12). Several places to practice yoga nearby, one literally at the end of the road, and a leisure centre just under a mile away. A stones throw from the famous Sweet Mart and other independent organic food shops, independent organic bakery, fantastic independent pizzaria and other independent shops and restaurants on and around the vibrant St Marks Road.

£700/month with bills and council tax included. Ideal for people working in Bristol, with great transport connections for train, car, bike and bus, right on the doorstep.

Infortunately I can only guarantee 6 months max but this may change. Also ideally Mon - Fri, lodgings but getting the right person is also important to me. I’ll need a couple of references from previous accommodation.
