Hello. My name is Ying. I am currently looking for a flat mate to share the apartment who is easy going person, respectful, clean, tidy, pay rent on time, easy to get along, quiet and ideally professional .

The room will be ready in 14th October, but if you want to put yourself in the contract, the new contract with the landlord will renew in the beginning of August.

This flat has 2 bed room and 2 bath room which you would also have your own bathroom with the sole use (My room has an en suite). This flat located in city center with easy walk for Cabot Circus, 2 minutes walk to Tesco express and coffee shop, (Friska and Pret A Manger), fews minutes to King street and 8 mins walk to Temple Meads StationThe room has 1 double bed. We Share Large modern kitchen and living room ( with no TV).

When I first rent this flat, it was a brand new and I am the first one who moved in. Also, my current flat mate are very tidy, clean and organize so, this flat stil look like a brand new. I have been living here only for 10 months.

Strictly no couple and pet. We would consider Mon-Fri let for lower price.

Our flatmate is moving away on 16th October and now I am looking for a new flatmate to fill up the contract and the room.

The rent included all bill. The rent must be paid at the beginning of the month. There will be 1 months deposit.
