Third floor double room available overlooking gardens on a very peaceful street only 2 mins walk from Cheltenham Road/Gloucester Road. Ten minutes from the centre.

Large shared lounge and kitchen, airy bathroom with bath and shower.

There's a Tesco at the bottom of the hill, as well as a Sainsbury and a large Coop within ten mins walk. There's also lots of nice independent bakeries and other shops. Ten minutes walk to town centre, as well as main bus/coach station.

Cheltenham Road is lively at night, but our street is nice and quiet generally.

Rent is £450 per person plus bills, which come to around £140 per person.

Some of the furniture in the room (bed and cupboard unit) is available for a reasonable contribution to my outgoing housemate, who bought it off the previous one). Pics and video are all current.

You will be sharing with Derek. I'm working from home as a freelance film composer and audio producer.

Ideally you will go out to work, but I understand in the current climate that's less common these days! Just be aware that during the day the home can be filled with repetitive music/audio as I work!

I enjoy good conversation and banter, can seem quite extroverted, but am definitely an introvert in terms of how I manage my energy.

Looking for a professional, who appreciates peace and balance in the home, (as do our neighbours!).

We have 6 fantastic neighbours in the three flats below us, all professional couples. In the summer we have BBQs together.

Agent is Chappell and Matthews, and have been great generally speaking, fast to attend to any repairs.

Deposit is £500 and is paid to the outgoing tenant. There is £1000 on deposit with the agent and your name will be added to this. This is all done by contract, but just a heads up on how it works.
