A bit about myself:
I enjoy going to gigs/ festivals, keeping fit and cooking but also a night in on the couch. I’m easy going but do like to keep the place tidy. I’m up relatively early in the week for work so I don’t tend to do much but I do enjoy going out over the weekend. I also love a Sunday roast with friends.

I’m looking for likeminded professionals to share with the house with.

The room comes with the use of a communal living room with a 50” smart tv and a large kitchen. There is also a garden with access to the rear of the property, along with a shed which can be used for storing bikes etc. There is also a cleaner that comes in once a fortnight.

The property has good links to the M32 which is a 10 minute drive and a bus ride into Bristol City Centre is 20 minutes. The closest train station is Lawrence Hill which is a 10 minute bus ride.

All bills are included in the rent including council tax, electricity, fiberoptic broadband, TV, etc. Please get in touch, giving a bit of information about yourself.
