*note* I wont be able to do any viewings from the 22nd of December to the 1st of January as I'm away for Christmas!.

My current flatmate is moving away to Australia and I will need someone to replace him from the 4th of Jan.

The flat overlooks Temple Meads railway station and is only a 12 minute walk to Cabot Circus. It's modern and has a lovely carpet floor with plenty of living space. The bedroom you will be taking over comes fully furnished! But the living room is partly furnished (only missing a TV and a dining table)

The property is secured by a gate which requires a pass-code, bike storage by the entrance and even parking too.

About me:
I work full time in an Animation Studio on Park Street, I try to keep a gym routine on weekdays and am out the flat on most weekends with friends. I don't smoke but I'm okay with others if its outside.

Ideal person:
Someone clean/tidy, around my age and will respect the flat.

Rent is £420 with bills being around an extra 120(Council Tax, Electricity, Internet).
