ABOUT THE FLAT:
Large double room available in beautiful city centre apartment, with stunning triple height ceiling and direct access to a communal roof garden.

Ideally situated off Park Street and College Green, on the edge of Clifton, the apartment is the perfect city pad, being very quiet despite its central location.

On the ground floor, the main living area has an amazing 27’ vaulted ceiling and south-east facing window with period stonework, bathing the whole flat with natural light. From the large window, there is direct access to a communal roof garden that has been freshly landscaped. The recently-installed kitchen has plenty of space for entertaining and there is also a downstairs WC with a new washer dryer.

The room available is on the top floor. It has space for a double bed, wardrobe and more. It can be provided furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preferences. Also on the top floor is a spacious shared bathroom with large walk-in shower, separate bath, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.

ABOUT ME:
My name is Amy and I’ll be your flatmate! I’m 26, I work in tv and in my spare time, I like to get outside and go hiking, take pictures or go to yoga classes (or occasionally boxing classes!).

I recently bought the flat with my boyfriend Gus. He lives in London but will roughly spend every other weekend in the flat with me - the other weekend you’ll have the place to yourself as I’ll be in London.

ABOUT YOU:
I’m looking for someone who could be a friend rather than just a flat mate. I’ve lived in Spare Room flats previously and have loved living with people who are up for going out for drinks, staying in and cooking together or even guilt-tripping each other into exercise! I’m easy-going but I am clean and tidy so it would be great to find someone similar.

BILLS:
£800 per month (includes water as part of the building service charge).
Additional bills (electricity, council tax, internet) approximately £125 per month.
Available from 27th January - but happy to wait for the right flatmate.
