This is a great home to cook and relax in.

Church Rd also has great bus connections into town and around the city. An easy 10 min bus journey into the centre.
It takes 15 minutes to walk to Old Market, next to Cabot Circus. Also 5 minutes cycle to the Bristol-Bath cycle path.
Also easily walkable is the Lawrence Hill train station, and great access to the M32.
There is also plenty of free on street parking!
As well as having the lovely Church Rd on your doorstep you also have the beautiful St. George Park just short walk away. This huge park with its lake, tennis courts, running clubs, skatepark and small café is such a great place to cycle or go for a run, or just a lovely place to have a picnic with friends.
Redfield also has its own festival in St George Park every year called Redfest. This is a really exciting area of Bristol to be in with lots of great events popping up all over the place!
We are seeking young professionals who are looking to find a nice, sociable, tidy and clean place to call home.
This is not a student house – no pets – no couples. Non-smoking house - permitted in the garden only.
