I'm a tidy individual, pescatarian, non-smoker that's easy going and open-minded. I’ve been a live in landlord for years and have rented properties out as well. I’m a fair guy that’ll give you your own space & privacy. I work from home 3 days a week and in the office 2 days a week. In the evenings I usually go training (swimming/cycling/running/circuit training/kayaking.) I’m friendly but also keep myself to myself. It’s weekdays only as my girlfriend stays at the weekends.

I’m looking to live with a CLEAN & TIDY professional, like-minded & considerate individual. Vegetarian / pescatarian only really. If you’re messy, don’t know how to pack a dishwasher, don’t keep your room tidy, don’t keep the bathroom & kitchen clean or if you don’t think you have to help with recycling or put the rubbish out - we won’t get on.

The place is a big 3 bedroom, 30’s semi-detached house with on-street parking. The house has been renovated and has a clean, minimalist, light and airy feel. The house is also located outside the proposed Bristol CAZ (commencing Oct 2021.)

The room is a recently redecorated, large double room. It is furnished with a double bed, brand new mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The room is at the front of the house and enjoys far reaching views over the river and countryside. The house is well set back from the road.

There are great transport links for central Bristol and the M5 motorway; train station 5 minutes walk direct to temple meads, bus stop 3 minutes walk direct to the town centre. There are local shopping facilities, restaurants & takeaways within 10 minutes walking distance.

All bills are included - Gas, Electricity, Water, TV licence (but bring your own TV), Council Tax, Wireless Fibre Broadband, Dishwasher plus Washing Machine and tumble dryer. There is also a cleaner that cleans the communal areas every fortnight. Feel free to call and chat.
