This flat has a superb central location, its less than a 10 minute walk to Cabot Circus and 15 minutes to Temple Meads. Multiple restaurants and bars all on the doorstep.

The flat is above a popular nightlife venue (Central Chambers), this does mean there is audible music overnight. I can demonstrate this at the viewing - its just some bass and for the average sleeper its not a issue. (Currently shut due to COVID)

The flat has plenty of storage, with a communal kitchen and living room. (The flat has electric heating and communal area has a very high ceiling so can be cold at times) The bedroom is furnished with a small double bed and a built in wardrobe.

You'll be sharing with me, James, I'm 29 and work nights downstairs. I enjoy gaming, watching movies and the occasional pub quiz. I am looking for a flatmate who is clean, tidy and will keep the flat in good condition.
