Light, airy room close to city centre

The room is a light, private and tastefully decorated room. You would have full access to the kitchen, garden, and first floor bathroom, which is a shared bathroom with one other.

I am a live in landlord and live here with my son. We also have a (very friendly ... and quite greedy!) cat so you would have to be someone who doesn’t mind cats and is not allergic them!

There is no off-street parking but there is generally ample on-street parking close to the property.

The house is located on a quiet street, a short walking distance from many local amenities and eateries. It is also a stone's throw away from major bus routes into the city centre, which is 5 mins away in car and around 20/25 mins on foot. It is also less than a 10 minute walk to the local train station, which is one short stop fromTemple Meads, Bristol's central train station. The house is also less than a 5 minute walk to the Bristol/Bath cycle track.
