Double room in Staple Hill, Mon-Fri

Newly decorated double bedroom for a Mon-Fri lodger in a shared, terraced house just off Staple Hill High Street. You would be sharing with myself as a live-in landlord (male, aged 50) and, on occasions, one other Mon-Fri lodger.

The room has a double bed, bedside chest, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and full height mirror. There is a first floor bathroom shared with the other lodger, use of shared kitchen, living room, dining room and rear garden. Bills, council tax and WiFi are included. I'll provide bed linen and towels which will be cleaned on a weekly basis. Parking is on-street only (although at least it's free in this part of Bristol).

I am a down to earth, relaxed landlord looking for a respectful, mature lodger. I work full time, and although sociable, I tend to occupy myself during the evenings, so someone who is happy to be reasonably independent would be best. The house is more radio 4 than radio 1.

The location provides easy access to the city centre – very close to the Bristol-Bath cycle track and very close to a bus stop with regular service to the centre. There is also very easy access to Filton, UWE, BAe, Rolls Royce and the Science Park at Emersons Green. The house is located close to the ring road with easy access to M4/M5. Extremely convenient for local amenities on Staple Hill High Street including a Tesco supermarket and Page Park.
