2 double bedrooms in Nags head hill (St George) free due to our departure, one from March/April (£475) and the other from the 1st of April (£450), bills excluded (usually about, and never more than £50-60 pro capite per month). Each room has a king size bed, two cupboards, a big wardrobe and a desk. The house is really spacious and comfortable, with a large, furnished kitchen and a nice living room (49” TV, consoles, two big sofas), and a lovely garden too. The house is fully furnished with almost every kind of commodities (central heating, personal fridge for each tenant, two bathrooms with 3 showers and a tub, two freezers, wi-fi broadband, a washing machine, a conservatory with a tumble dryer and cupboards, and printers). You are really close to the “Harcourt Avenue” bus stop (50 metres, less than 1 minute by walk), and the buses that come by are the 37,44 and 45 (both go to the center and vice versa). You are also very close to a Sainsbury shop behind a gas station, a Chinese/Thai takeaway, a barber in front of the house, 10 minutes walk to the nearest doctor/pharmacy, a lot of nice parks and beautiful views. There are also some Lidl supermarkets and an ASDA megastore easily reachable by bus. The area is really quiet and suitable to stay away from the traffic crowd.
Please note: one month rent in advance and the deposit (the same amount as a monthly rent) to be paid at the start of the tenancy (before moving in). There are a 6 and a 12-month tenancy agreements, potentially renewable in accordance with the landlord.
