Double Room - BS5 / Near St George & Church Road

Hi, thanks for checking out my advert.

Sadly my friend who I've been living with is flying the nest to live in Devon.

The house is a Victorian terrace which I'd describe as fairly quirky and retro.

Location wise it's on a street running parallel to Church Road so it's a ten minute walk to all the shops, bars and St George Park etc. Old Market is probably 15mins walk, Cabot Circus 20mins and the centre around 30mins. Good bus routes as well and there's a bus stop close to the house.

The room is an unfurnished double at the back of the house and has a wardrobe / closet built in which gives some space for clothes, also there is plenty of additional storage space around the house.

So a bit about me...I'm 34 and from Bristol. Love cooking and good food, going out with my mates, running, cycling, music & collecting vinyl (pretty broad taste but love funk, disco, old school hip-hop, house music, loads of bands), watching films. Standard stuff I guess.

Looking to live with someone and share the house, have friends round, hang out, look after the house etc. However would prefer someone with normal working hours rather than evenings/nights etc

I can't see an option to highlight this however I do own the house and live there full time other than when I'm in Cardiff etc. I've been sharing with people in this house and previously for 15 years so very used to living with others :)....just wanted to say now as appreciate this still won't be for everyone.
