The room is available from the 1st of July, it is a small, furnished double room with en-suite bathroom and shower available in the Redcliffe area of Bristol with a big garden as well. The room has lovely views of the Bristol harbour. All bills included.
We are 3 females and 2 males - two Spanish, one Italian, one French, and one British.
We are a really social house, we all get on well so we're looking for someone fun, outgoing, and can fit in well into a multi-national household to join us. And if you would like your own space then that's perfectly fine as well!
We all share a kitchen and a living room.
We are a LGBTQIA+ friendly house.
We are ideally looking for a single professional male between the ages of 24-30 (age not set in stone) just to keep the ratio of male to female balance.
There is on street parking, but you'll need a permit from the council. It costs £12 for three months.
Bristol Temple Meads and Harbourside are both 5min walks away. Cabots Circus is about 15min walk. We are within walking distance to North Street in Bedminster, and a 24hr Asda.
We do not mind people who smoke, but there is no smoking in shared areas of the house.
