Short-term summer let Gloucester Road

I'm away from Bristol over the summer and I am looking for someone to temporarily take my lovely room.

The room itself is a light, cosy double with large windows which gets the evening sun streaming in. Furnished with super comfy bed, desk & chest of drawers. Can also create some room in the adjacent walk-in wardrobe/cupboard if needs be, but this room would best suit someone with minimal things as the room itself is not massive and I will be leaving my furniture.

Shared space is: a living room, kitchen and a well sized bathroom shared with one other person. Our favourite space is the generously sized terrace/balcony which we're slowly but surely turning into a little green haven!

My housemates are also good friends of mine so someone who is going to respect the property and each other is an absolute must. Someone who enjoys occasionally hanging out, cooking together & helping to look after the plants would be good :) The kitchen's not huge so you do need to keep things tidy though we're by no means militant. One flatmate is a vegetarian so you need to respect that too. We all have our own lives but enjoy the odd evening out together (we're not a party house!), gigs, a film & takeaway, having people round for dinner, just chatting with a cider on the balcony - the usual!

We are by the Arches on Gloucester Road so everything you need is right on the doorstep (fruit & veg shops, pubs, bus stops, Montpelier train station etc).

The sublet can be 1-2 months, I'm flexible - please message me for details. Also can negotiate on price a little as I will be leaving some of my things there (within reason of course)! Any questions please ask. We are not too bothered about age as long as you are working, or if a student understand that you need to pay council tax. No deposit but will ask for upfront payment, all bills included.
