Hi! My current flat mate is moving out as of the end of July so I'm looking for someone to move in around then (this is flexible).
I'm an accountant so work 9-5 and I'm pretty busy outside of work but I am looking for a house mate that I can have a drink with from time to time but who also values personal space as I'm sitting exams as part of my work so may be busy studying at times!
I'm also looking for someone who is happy to keep the communal area clean and share the general tidying.
The room comes furnished with a bed frame and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed-side table (this is also flexible). The ensuite has a shower but the main bathroom has a bath which is free to use whenever.
The bills come to £140 each a month, including council tax, water, electricity, WiFi, content insurance and TV license. The landlord is looking for a £500 deposit and a months rent in advance from moving in but let me know if this may be difficult! :)
The flat is a great location as there are many bus stops a 2 minute walk away (10 min bus journey to town) and the local high street (Sandy Park) is also 2 minutes walk away. There’s free on street parking right outside and I’ve never had an issue finding a space.
Let me know if you have any more questions!
