The flat is HUGE (approx. 1400 sq ft excluding the garden) - located in a Victorian building a stone's throw away from the Downs, it consists of 2 en-suite bedrooms (yours is furnished and has its own ornate fireplace, bathroom and shower), a lounge, a dining room, a kitchen with (washing machine and dishwasher), a spacious garden, off-road parking space and its very own cellar.

There are 2 bus stops not even 60 seconds away, taking you down to the city centre (via the stops for UoB campus) or north towards Henleaze and Cribbs. The U1 bus for UoB also stops here.

I am ideally looking for someone to move in in September but am flexible with the exact dates. I have permission from the landlord to sublet the flat's second bedroom, so I will be your live-in landlord. I have already lived here a year.

Single person - £800 pcm.
Couple - £1000 pcm.
