The basic bits:
The room is a medium double - garden facing - available: official contract date will be 12th Sep but the move-in date will be the end of August (exact date to be confirmed),

Room Comes with a built-in cupboard, also possible to have a double bed and bookshelf but other than that unfurnished.
460 for single person + bills roughly comes to 590-620 depending on water and winter usage.
Location: BS5 Eastville, near Eastville Park, Stoke Park and Tesco Eastgate.

This home is very important to me so I am looking for the right fit for me and my lovely pooch. I am hoping to find someone who has the same home lifestyle and shares similar values so I am trying a new approach. Rather than describing myself and what I am hoping for in a housemate I'm asking you lovely people to send a message about yourself how you spend your time, your lifestyle and the kind of home you are looking for, as well as what is important to you in a house share and hopefully there will be unprompted replies that will match with me and my lifestyle. However, as the third housemate is a lab cross spaniel you must be a dog person please.

Couples considered at a higher price and also it might be possible to rent the medium double and the small office room.
