Double Room In Lovely Houseshare In Clifton

Hi all, we're looking for a fourth person to join us in our lovely houseshare in Clifton. The house is at the top of White ladies road, right next to the downs so in a really beautiful spot. It's a very large/spacious 4 bedroom house, currently with 2 girls and 1 guy aged 24 to 30, all of us working professionals. We'd be looking for a similar age and another guy to keep the balance, and no couples sorry! Should also note that we live with a cat - Baba Ganoush, so not for those with allergies!
It's a permit zone but we do have a drive if you have a car, there's also safe storage for bikes.

The room is a medium sized double and comes furnished. The contract is for 12 months and then rolling (although the landlady would consider 6 months) and the rent doesn't include bills. There are no agency fees. Deposit is one months rent. It's also ready pretty much immediately so you should be ready to move in soon!

We're sociable house and love a trip to the pub, cooking the odd meal together and a cup of tea after work. We also do all have our own things going on as well though.
