Modern bedroom w/ great view in fantastic location

Hey there,

I'm looking for a flatmate. The location is great, just off Whiteladies road - meaning supermarkets, a gym, bars etc. are less than five minutes away. It's also right next to Clifton Down station.

The bedroom available is very light, south-facing and modern with a double bed and beautiful view. The wardrobe, desk, chair and grey shelves belong to my flatmate and won't be there anymore.

There is one medium sized bathroom, which contains a large bath with overhead power shower. This will be shared between the both of us.

Permit parking available.

Along with council tax, wifi, electricity, gas and insurance the total monthly rent will come to £725. For students, the rent will total £650 as since I'm also a student we won't have to pay any council tax.

A bit about me..
I've been in Bristol for 2 years and have absolutely fallen in love with this city, especially the flat and surrounding area. Before I moved, I was doing wildlife conservation biology and have recently gone back to university to study Vet Nursing, so I'm a big animal lover. I'm quite a sociable person and so I'm looking for someone to socialise with and be friends with. I love getting take-out/cooking a meal and watching Netflix, going to the pub or a good night out. I'm a very tidy person so it's important to me that you are too.
