Double/ensuite + single in postgrad houseshare

POSTGRAD STUDENTS ONLY - 12 MONTH LET MINIMUM
Move in date: 17 September after 1pm.

We have two furnished rooms available from the start of the new academic year.
Room 1 - double ensuite, ground floor, £600pcm (TAKEN)
Room 2 - single (that can extend to a double), second floor, shared bathroom between two, *NO DESK*, £500pcm

Bills cost around £50 a month for gas/electric/internet/water and are NOT included in the rent.
Deposits for each room are equal to 5 weeks rent, held by the Deposit Protection Service.
Reference checks are required but the cost of this is covered by landlords.

Facilities:
Kitchen with gas hob/oven, large fridge/freezer, dining table, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer.
Large living room with balcony overlooking back garden
Garage with space for bikes and storage

Location:
We are right by the bottom of Clifton Down, close to the top of White Ladies Road. Walking to University of Bristol takes about 25 minutes and by bike is around 10. Bus stops are nearby that go to campus and back.

In total there are 4 rooms, the current household is 2 males. Diego and I are PhD students at UoB (Economics and Maths). My interests include yoga, dancing, running, gaming, TV and films. Diego is a keen player of water polo.

Would be great to have housemates with common interests or that are up for the occasional trip out, meal together or a round of Mario Kart in the living room! We are quite easygoing and try to keep the house tidy when it gets too bad.
