3 bed St George House (small room available)

Hi,

I've got the "small" room in my 3 bed place to rent out.

WFH space is not available.

LOCATION
My personal highlight is that the best park in Bristol, St George park, is right around the corner.

Tesco & Aldi are a short walk away, just the other side of the park on Church Road.

Church Road is also home to some nice pubs, bars restaurants and cafe's. Not far at all.

There's loads of bus stops around, so you can get a bus into town roughly every 10 mins, taking less than 30 mins to get into the centre. The 37 also stops close by going directly into Bath, taking less than an hour.

Laurence Hill train station is also not far away at all.

I use the Bristol/Bath cycle path a lot, and it's very close by. It's ideal for getting into the centre or heading to Bath.

The local neighbourhood is very quiet and all the neighbours are very friendly (I was invited to a BBQ with them within a fortnight of moving in!). I've made friends with some of the neighbours so you'll be welcome to join us for any social activities.

Parking wise, if you're lucky you might get a spot in estate, if not there's always loads of space Plumers Hill, Whitehall Ave or Hudds Vale Raod. You can then use a shortcut to go directly from Plumers Hill to the front door.

THE HOUSE
The house has a nice open plan living room and kitchen. I've got my own en-suit so between the 2 rooms for rent there's one bathroom with a bath/shower and an extra toilet room.

I've also got fibre broadband, Netflix on the TV and a garage used for storage and bikes.

The bedroom has a double bed and loads of storage for clothes. There's a large wardrobe, 2 chest of draws and a bedside wardrobe.

The house is also kitted out with Tado Smart Thermostats. This means you can accurately control the temperature of every room, including the bedrooms, from your phone.

We've also got a Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer and Dish Washer.
