Single room for rent in spacious 5 bed detached Stockwood home.

Room size - 12 foot 2 inches by 7 foot 5 inches.

The room is rented unfurnished, as in the pictures. If you need a bed, I'm open to getting one for you, which would remain in the room after you leave. I also have a bedside set of drawers and table lamp that you would be welcome to use. Wardrobe and drawers are already built into the room....see pics.

The rental is inclusive of all bills.

Kitchen areas are shared. There is a shared bathroom and a separate shared shower room.

I intend to turn the 5th bedroom into a shared lounge and break out area for you and the other lodgers.

There is a washer and a dryer in the utility room. There are front and rear gardens and beautiful open views of the Bath and North East Somerset countryside. This is the last road before the Green Belt. If you love peace and quiet and the tranquility of nature than you will love sitting in my garden. If you need to get into town then we are on the route of the No.2 bus service and the Brislington Park and Ride is near by, so ideal for Bristol University students.

You are ideally looking to rent on a 6-month rolling let basis.

I'm a live in landlord who also has a two other single lodgers sharing the house.
